Building Current 2.0

I decided to download the most current components of SharpMap, Projnet, GeoAPI, NTS, and NPack.

GeoAPI, ProjNet, and NTS compile and run.

NPack has four missing files. They are all files with `1 or `2 in their name. Does that filenaming syntax have any meaning with the development team that works on these projects? Are they deprecated? Or are they new work that will replace their normally named counterparts? The missing files are all in the Interfaces: IVectorBuffer`2, IVertexStream`2, IAffineTransformMatrix`1, and INumericalMatrix`1.

The reason I was pulling down NPack is because the latest SharpMap source code won't compile because of interface issues with the NPack.dll that is supplied with SharpMap.
