Some of you already know that this year a MapWindow conference  will be held at VanHall-Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, Velp, The Netherlands (http://www.mapwindow.org/conference/2012/). The nice thing is that this time it is organized by the MapWindow GIS, DotSpatial, SharpMap and OSGeo.nl communities.
Be sure to attend this conference if you are an end user of the MapWindow Desktop Application or a programmer using the DotSpatial, SharpMap or NetTopologySuite libraries in your own software, or if you are a student or educator looking for an easy to install, easy to use free GIS.
During this conference we plan to exchange our experiences on how we use open-source geospatial .NET libraries in our applications. This conference is also a unique chance for SharpMap, NTS and GeoAPI developers to meet, discuss plans for development and do actual coding together.

Important: if you plan to present something related to SharpMap, NTS or GeoAPI - please submit your abstract as soon as possible using the following link: http://www.mapwindow.org/conference/2012/abstract.php. Make sure that the word SharpMap, NetTopologySuite or GeoAPI is mentioned in the body of the abstract.

>>> Please also post a reply to this message on this discussion forum if you plan to present something related to SharpMap, NTS, GeoAPI or any related library during this conference or if you plan to attend it <<<
