Custom map - Load map tiles from url

Hi,

I have to create a windows forms application that shows a tile based map with zoom level 1 - 4.

I just wanted to ask if it is possible to ...
  1. load a custom tile based map from an url. E.g. http://example.com/tile_{0}_{1}-{2}.png ({0} zoom level, {1} column, {2} row)
  2. provide a custom coordinate system like this:
        | Y +4096
        |
X -4096 | X +4096
--------+--------
        |
        |
        | Y -4096
The coordinates should be shown when the mouse moves over the map.
If this is possible, can you give me a little bit advice on how to start?

This is possible using BruTile.
You have to setup a TileSchema for your tiles and create a HttpTileSource passing the required url schema.

Hi FObermaier,

thanks for your reply. Are there any examples on how to create the TileSchema and the TileSource?
