I must be doing something wrong here. If I try to load a map without a .TAB file this exception is thrown when doing a GetMap():
Access window out of range in RasterIO(). Requested (0,2100) of size 1600x2100 on raster of 1600x2100.
at GDAL.Band.ReadRaster(Int32 xOff, Int32 yOff, Int32 xSize, Int32 ySize, IntPtr buffer, Int32 buf_xSize, Int32 buf_ySize, Int32 buf_type, Int32 pixelSpace, Int32 lineSpace)
at GDAL.Band.ReadRaster(Int32 xOff, Int32 yOff, Int32 xSize, Int32 ySize, Byte buffer, Int32 buf_xSize, Int32 buf_ySize, Int32 pixelSpace, Int32 lineSpace)

If there is a valid TAB file in place then it loads fine (apart from it is in Black and White - see my other thread - http://www.codeplex.com/SharpMap/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=8036)
Is there a reason for this?
Sorry if I am polluting the discussion board, but I'd really like to get this running properly ASAP and there seem to be quite a few obstacles in my path at the moment!
