Hello gis people,

how can identify a point into geometry with executeintersectionquery?

I try with executeIntersectionQuery(p.getBoundingbox,ds)
but i have more geometries than one
I want only one where i click mouse point.

Please help me i don't understand the functionality.

THanks

Well, the problem is that the intersection query is performed at bounding box level, so when you pick a point and query the layer, the answer is a set of geometries with a bounding box containing the point... so if 2 or more bounding box overlap, you obtain the full set...
I found interesting examples about using NetTopology Suite to preform the task, like this or this (look at 18th May post)... I think the latter could fit better your issue ^^
