SharpMap throws Exception when loading layer with PRJ file

I use a tool called globalmapper to transform shapefiles to new projections. When I do so it generates the following prj file:

Projection MERCATOR
Datum WGS84
Zunits NO
Units METERS
Xshift 0.000000
Yshift 0.000000
Parameters
0 0 0.000 /* central meridian

0 0 0.000 /* latitude of the origin

0.000 /* false easting (meters)

0.000 /* false northing (meters)

SharpGis fails to load this and throws an InvalidFormat Exception with this prj file. I assume it is looking for a very specific standard format.

What should this file look like?

Hi

The .prj file for a shapefile can look like this.
Usually, all parameters are written in one line.
I only formatted for a better look.

PROJCS["unnamed",
GEOGCS["unnamed",
DATUM["MIF 999,10,0,0,0",
SPHEROID"Bessel 1841",6377397.155,299.1528128
],
PRIMEM"Greenwich",0,
UNIT"degree",0.0174532925199433
],
PROJECTION"Transverse_Mercator",
PARAMETER"latitude_of_origin",0,
PARAMETER"central_meridian",9,
PARAMETER"scale_factor",1,
PARAMETER"false_easting",3500000,
PARAMETER"false_northing",0,
UNIT"Meter",1.0
]
