I have a complete SharpMap Desktop Application. I use extensions PostGis to use database and Gdal to show de maps. My next step is transform this into a Web Application. I need to know which ways I have to do it. I heard something about WMS o ASP. Which way do you recommend me? Could I reuse my functionalities implementeds?

Hard to know to questions like these... I can suggest a way based from my experience:

I don't know sharpmap web controls and for my webapps I've used extensively openlayers and javascript code, so, client-side you don't have to worry about sharpmap code, since your maps are exposed via WMS; server-side you can use wms.ashx (that you can find in sharpmap code) to create a WMS service that is suitable from your web application: here you can easily reuse your desktop code that creates a map, because you need the same thing.

Search for a wms sample in the sample code as a way to start.
